What is this work, really?
You create photo and video content for a private platform where subscribers pay for access. The audience is English-speaking: the US, Canada, Western Europe. You film to an agreed plan — the team takes care of everything else, from page setup to talking with subscribers. Which formats go into your plan is something you decide together with your manager — and only within the boundaries you approved yourself.
I’ve never done anything like this. Is that a problem?
No. Most of the women we work with start from scratch: every shoot comes with a ready-made brief, we teach you everything, and a smartphone is enough. And you won’t be messaging fans yourself — the team handles all the conversations with your audience for you.
How much time does it take?
Filming usually takes two to four days a week, all from a plan prepared in advance. The schedule is flexible: it fits around studies, a full-time job or maternity leave — we shape the rhythm around your life, not the other way round.
Who can see my page?
The page is hidden from prying eyes: you choose the countries where it is visible and you can change that list. Promotion goes exclusively to an English-speaking audience abroad — far from your city and your social media.
Why do you need my documents?
Documents are needed once, at the page-setup stage: platform rules require proof that there is a real person of legal age behind the page. That is exactly why the page is registered to you and stays yours. While we’re still just getting to know each other, no documents are needed, and they are never shared with anyone beyond the platform itself.
Which content formats will be in my plan?
The ones you approved — and no others. Before the start you fill in the yes / no list: it sets the boundaries the team builds your content plan within. The exact set of formats is discussed personally with your manager — around your type and your comfort zone.
When and how do I see my statistics and payouts?
Payouts arrive twice a month on a schedule you know in advance, and your page statistics are always open — at any moment you see the whole picture.
What is my share — and what’s in it for the agency?
You receive your share of what the page brings in, and the agency puts the rest back into you — your promotion, traffic and support team: we only grow when you grow. We’ll go through the exact breakdown for your plan personally, in chat.
Can I stop if I change my mind?
Yes, at any moment. Just say so in advance: no drawn-out procedures and no awkward conversations. The profile was yours and stays yours, and the door is always open if you ever want to come back.
